Missing Photos/OS Bugs
So after some slacking, I began importing some of my photos tonight. I know, I kinda got lazy. Well, I have a problem now. Okay, so I upgraded my iPhone 3GS to IOS4. Which is nice. I have been interested in a lot of the features that IOS4 has. Well of course, there are some bugs. I use the Hispstamatic App lot. So it seems that with the new OS, pictures shot using the App aren't showing up in the import window for either iPhoto or Aperture. So it looks like I have an issue, having shot a lot with the App. I was able to import some pictures but not all... Boo. The company that created Hipstamatic does have an update pending with Apple that should fix this. So I guess it's just hang tight for a bit and see what happens....

We had egg rolls, Fried Won Tons (pictured), BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef and Shrimp Chop Suey and it came to under $30. Nice, huh?

FAIL
This is the first day since I started this project that I didn't get any pictures. I am disappointed in myself. I have gotten lazy about posting but I *was* taking pictures everyday. I started going though my pictures I have. I am currently using Aperture 2 for management. My work flow goes sort of like this. I import all the photos I have taken for that day into a "Project", then I have an "Album" for the photo have chosen for my photo of the day. So when I went into my album for the day and found that I didn't have a photo for June 18th. I was shocked. I had to do a little looking. I looked on my camera to see if there were any photos that I hadn't imported. But no luck. :(
I also have started some "Albums" for each month for photos that I like but I haven't chosen for the day. I have also started book, because I have decided at the end of the 365 days I am going to create a coffee table book of my photos. The layout of what I have so far is most certainly going to change before I send it off to be printed.
So anyways.... I have decided that I am going to continue on and not restart. I just have to be more aware. And ask myself, "Do I have my picture for the day?"

The whole hotel reservation process this year just was so messed up. So we found our hotel, it's about 9 blocks away from the Convention Center but it looks nice so I am okay with it. I can't wait for Comic-Con!!!

Another Theme
So I have been thinking about things. I seem to do better when I have a theme. It brings my focus in. And it helps me not be so lazy about things. So last time I used a theme to kick start things, I chose the color red. This time I chose another color. Green. I think this will help a lot. And this time around I am starting on Sunday and going the whole week.
