Los Angeles finally got some rain! We so need it. This was shot on my iPhone through my sun roof looking up at a tree.

It was a cold rainy day. Lots of gloomy clouds. I stepped out to take this photo when it wasn't really raining. These two palm trees look a little out of place with the gloomy clouds.
Day 25
This is the very yummy and very fun Grilled Cheese Truck. In LA, food trucks are still very much a big thing. The last friday of the month it's Ladies Night Out on Magnolia Blvd. There are always food trucks and lots of wonderful times to be had. Well, January's Ladies Night Out was rainy. I didn't stay long. But I wanted my oh so yummy grilled cheese. When I took this photo, I had probably 30 people in front of me waiting in line.
Between The Storms
In California, we've had some major storms come through. There have been many waves of storms. We'll get some really wet weather and then it will dry up. As of right now, it's raining again. It was overcast and dreary this morning with no rain. Now it's raining again. Blech! We've had the sun peak through several times. I decided to just walk up and down the street while we had one of these breaks to take some pictures.

Misc. Info: We got to Linda Vista right as the rain was clearing. It was overcast and damp. I shot many pictures with all three cameras. But this one that I shot with my iPhone and then manipulated in Pictureshow using DuoTone filter, Light Leak 10, Hard Scratch and 120 Reversal framing I liked the best. I really want to go on a ghost tour of Linda Vista sometime.

Misc. Info: It has been raining for days now. We finally got a bit of a break when I decided to go take a few pictures. Once I got outside it really hadn't stopped raining. It was lighter rain. It was very strange to see this bright yellow object when it was so dark and dreary out.

Misc. Info: I went out to Samy's Camera in Pasadena to look at a new camera body. I have an original Rebel DSLR and I want a better camera body. So I went to handle the newest Rebel. I totally dig it. I really really want to get it. So Phillip went with me and we walked around Old Town Pasadena for a while. And I really liked this stone path.
