I had told Tavio (Pictured) about Vicious Dogs in NoHo. So we decided to head over there for some dinner. This is Tavio goofing around my sunglasses. They look fabulous on him! Hehehehe!

Day 55
Waking around North Hollywood, I came upon a building that had these fire hose connections. A few of them were capped but two were not capped at all. This is one of those uncapped connections. The colors within the coupling looked really interesting. I took a few pictures of it. This was the best one.
Day17
As I was walking in North Hollywood, I walked by this crazy looking sushi bar. It's called Tokyo Delve's Sushi Bar. I've driven by it many times when there have been lines outside of people waiting to get in. I'm not a big sushi fan, so I never really gave it much thought. But it has lovely neon outside. I snapped a few pictures of the awesome neon.
Day12
I decided that I want to try a new place for lunch. Friends had told me about Vicious Dogs in North Hollywood. They are a hot dog and sausage place. It's kind of a hole in the wall place. But oh my! So worth it. I got their Sweet and Spicy Kielbasa and the BF got a chili cheese dog. It was SOOO good!!! It really reminded of hotdog places in Milwaukee or Chicago. It was that GOOD! I can't wait to go back!
Day 5
This year I decided to celebrate my birthday. I don't usually do much for my birthday. But this year I had a party at TikiNo, a tiki bar in North Hollywood. I had so much fun and so many of my AMAZING friends came out. I know beginning of January people are usually kind of burnt out from the holidays and/or sick. I am so grateful for all the wonderful birthday wishes!!! I had such a good time I didn't take many pictures.
Pictured is my drink choice of the evening. The Blue Hawaiian. TikiNo's are probably one of the best I've had. SOOO YUMMY!!!

So this is the lovely Teresa Jusino! She is amazing blogger who covers nerdy things. This was her Welcome to LA party. She is from NYC and moved to LA in order to grow her career. The lovely ladies of The LxL had a pool party in her honor!

Misc. Info: So Tiki Al is back in town from China. So we decided to hit a new tiki bar in North Hollywood called Tiki No. It was awesome!! We had such a good time! I am glad we went. This is a picture of Tiki Al dancing. It was a fun evening!

Misc. Info: So I follow several "Geek Girls" on Twitter and a few of them were bummed they were not attending the New York Comic Con. So they decided to have a gathering at the Tonga Hut in North Hollywood. I went and had GREAT time. I met some amazing women who I admire and I had so much fun. Pictured is Amy in a Boba Fett helmet. The helmet was used as a bowl to draw names for some goodies. When my name was called, I received an AWESOME bar of soap from Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs. I am IN LOVE with bpal!!!
