This lamp is LOVELY!! Took a trip over to the Pasadena Antique Center. Most of the items there are way out of my price range. And it was most furniture, which I'm not in the market for just yet.

Day 97
On of my Facebook friends, Miley Yamamoto, posted about needing a set photographer. I posted that I also did set photos. So she got me the information. The project is called Michael Half-Life. I had a blast on set. I could only work for one of the two days they were shooting. But I got some great pictures. Pictured in the center is David Maddox, the director and creator of the project. I can't wait to see the final cut.
Day 65
Driving in Pasadena, I saw this vintage gas station. It was closed down and it looked like it might be in the process of turned into something else. Not sure if the gas pumps were original or not. They looked to be in really good condition. So I'm not sure. I really want go back and take some more pictures there. Shot with Hipstamatic app using the Americana Lens and Blanko Freedom13 film.

Day 15
The BF needed art supplies, so we went to Dick Blick in Pasadena. We had to park a block away. As we were walking, I noticed these really pretty glass blocks in the sidewalk. Some were broken and patched by concrete. I really liked the purple glass. I wonder what's the history of this side walk.
Day 2
After The RoseBowl Parade very year, they display the floats in Pasadena. I love going to look at the floats up close. It's really beautiful to see all that work. And all done with flowers, seeds and leaves. I am on the mailing list to help with the Burbank float but have yet gone over to help. Maybe this coming year will be the year!
DAY 28
Theresa and I went to the Rose Bowl Flea Market this month. It was Theresa's first time and I think she was overwhelmed. I know I was the first time I went. As we entered, James Van Der Beek walked by us quickly.
This is one of the booths that we passed by. We both didn't make any purchases but I saw so many pretty thing. And so many great decorating ideas.
